Souad Boutegrabet, 'it didn't exist for me, so I created it for us.'

By Floriane Gitenay

Souad Boutegrabet founded Descodeuses, the first school for digital professions aimed at women in disadvantaged neighborhoods.

She began her career in banking and, inspired by a stay in the United States, switched to computer programming. Struck by the absence of women who resemble her in the tech industry, Souad had an epiphany.

In co-production with the L'Oréal Fund for Women, "Revealing" tells the stories of those who, every day, contribute to changing society.
