Souad Boutegrabet, 'it didn't exist for me, so I created it for us.'

Souad Boutegrabet founded Descodeuses, the first school for digital professions aimed at women in disadvantaged neighborhoods.

She began her career in banking and, inspired by a stay in the United States, switched to computer programming. Struck by the absence of women who resemble her in the tech industry, Souad had an epiphany.
