Babak Bayat

Babak Bayat, who has been living in France for five years, is a writer, translator and painter. The author of a novel and a collection of short stories, he has also translated a novel and several essays from French into Persian. He teaches creative writing. He is currently working on a new novel, in which the political situation in contemporary Iran plays a central role.
