Vivian Lofiego is a Franco-Argentinian writer and translator. She lives in Buenos Aires. Latest publications: Le Sang des papillons. Ed. JCLattès (novel). La Vie secrète. Os de seiche (poetry). Denis Salas' Albert Camus : la juste révolte. Ed. Jusbaires (translation).
Born in the Paris suburbs, Ryad Maouch holds a master's degree in Journalism from CELSA (Paris-Sorbonne). In 2020, he co-founded the media company Frictions.

After growing up in the Paris region, Walid Hajar Rachedi spent seven years in the United States and Latin America, notably in Brazil and Mexico. He is the co-founder and managing editor of Frictions. He is the author of Qu'est-ce que j'irais faire au paradis? (Emmanuelle Collas, 2022, J'ai lu, 2023) and Nos Destins sont liés (Emmanuelle Collas, 2023). In 2022, he was a finalist for the Prix Goncourt du 1er roman 2022, the Prix Orange du Livre and the Prix Senghor du premier roman.

Ilana Bean is a writer and visual artist currently based in Ireland. She holds an MFA in Nonfiction Writing from the University of Iowa where she received the Iowa Arts Fellowship. Her work has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize and can be found in publications like Guernica, Gawker, The Rumpus, and Chicago Review of Books.
