Ana Escalante is currently a master's student in Creative Writing at Paris 8. Through her fiction, she explores memory, migration, the body and the absurd.

Jules Carlito Beurrier-Loncan was born in 2003 in Béziers and is originally from Guadeloupe. After studying classical and jazz piano at the Lyon Conservatoire and the Schola Cantorum in Paris, and literature at the Sorbonne Nouvelle, he went on to study scenography at the École des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and creative writing at the University of Paris 8 Vincennes-Saint-Denis.

His writing has been published in journals such as L’écharde, Zone Critique, 2k2, Rouge revue and Les Bonnes Feuilles, as well as by Editions Kilogramme. He also composes music under the name ‘LONCAN’, which features in his visual art and his readings.

Balthus Kiss is a writer and screenwriter.
Born in Geneva, Switzerland, he earned a bachelor's degree in sociology there (2019), followed by the ECAL/HEAD Master's in Film, with a focus on screenwriting (2022). He works as a co-writer and script consultant on short and feature films, both fiction and documentary. Among other projects, he contributed to the writing of the series “Espèce menacée” (Locarno 2024).
In 2025, he joined the Master's in Creative Writing at Université Paris 8 to develop his first novel.

Florencia Rosas-Tron graduated from ENSAD with a degree in Photography and Video. She was awarded a grant from the Ateliers Médicis for a project combining writing and photography. Her research into memory and living things centres on the migratory behaviour of monarch butterflies. She is currently continuing her work as part of the Master’s programme in Creative Writing at Paris 8, where she is writing her first novel.

Kelian Ratsimihah is an actor, writer and director. He is studying art history at the École du Louvre, as well as theatre and creative writing. He is currently working as a playwright with Julien Vella and the Groupe Caute on the feature film La région du cœur and the play La fin du monde est une idée sans avenir (Théâtre de la Bastille). Together with Alessandro Sanna, he is creating the play Georgina Perez, in partnership with the Académie de la Comédie Française. He also works for the Gallimard bookshop and is writing his first novel.

Adrien Madinier is an actor, writer and director; he works in particular with the Carrelage Collectif theatre company, which he co-founded in 2018, and heads the Le Badminton theatre company, where he writes, performs and directs plays inspired by the creative aspirations of actors he has met throughout his career. He is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Creative Writing at the University of Paris 8 and is working on his first novel.

Gio Bruère-Dawson writes for the queer press, co-founded the lesbian magazine Baragouine and is studying creative writing at Paris 8, where they are working on their first novel about minority archives.

Nejma Dreyfus is a Master’s student in creative writing. Having studied documentary and audio production, she is currently working on her first novel.

Ahlem Bensa is currently working on a short story as part of the Master’s degree in Creative Writing at Paris 8.
