Jules Carlito Beurrier-Loncan
Jules Carlito Beurrier-Loncan was born in 2003 in Béziers and is originally from Guadeloupe. After studying classical and jazz piano at the Lyon Conservatoire and the Schola Cantorum in Paris, and literature at the Sorbonne Nouvelle, he went on to study scenography at the École des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and creative writing at the University of Paris 8 Vincennes-Saint-Denis.
His writing has been published in journals such as L’écharde, Zone Critique, 2k2, Rouge revue and Les Bonnes Feuilles, as well as by Editions Kilogramme. He also composes music under the name ‘LONCAN’, which features in his visual art and his readings.
